Soihtu is a reliable lessor whose background is in the Student Union of Jyväskylä. Our housing locations Kortepohja Student Village and Soihtu Vehkakuja are known for their multiple services, included in the rent, and their communality.

Anyone can apply for an apartment of Soihtu Housing. Primary applicants for our apartments are members of the Student Union of the University of Jyväskylä (JYY), and secondarily, other students.
