PSOAS’ mission is to arrange housing services for young people who study in Oulu after they have finished their basic education. We do this by offering our customers usable apartments as cheaply as possible, ensuring that PSOAS continues to be financially sound. Our apartments are well located in the vicinity of schools or city center with an easy access to (major) bus routes and bike lanes.
