Hoas offers homes for over 18 000 students in the Helsinki region. There are apartments in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa near various schools or within good public transit connections. Our apartment selection includes lots of options to match the students’ varying situations.

In addition to a low rent, every Hoas home has a fast internet connection and a possibility the use laundry room and sauna free of charge. Water and often electricity fees are included in the rent, too.

You can apply for a Hoas apartment, if you are a full time student, a degree student, entitled to student financial aid and your school is in the Finnish capital area or surrounding municipalities. You can submit an application as soon as you have been admitted to a school.
