Joensuun Elli is a limited company that produces, maintains and rents out student housing in Joensuu. Our tenants are students at the University of Eastern Finland, Karelia University of Applied Sciences, or other post-comprehensive educational institutions in Joensuu.

Our housing units are situated in almost 40 locations around the city. We have studios, family apartments and shared apartments.

We offer housing that is safe, reasonably priced and suitable for the student’s life situation, and we offer it for the whole duration of the studies.
