Pirkan Opiskelija-asunnot, commonly known as POAS, is a limited nonprofit company owned by the City of Tampere. POAS’s reasonably-priced rental apartments are located in Tampere, near colleges and universities and close to good public traffic connections.

Rental apartments are rented to students at the schools in Tampere and Pirkanmaa region, as well as to working people under 30 years of age.
