Central Finland Student Housing Foundation (Koas) builds, maintains and rents out apartments for students in Jyväskylä. The foundation provides easy, affordable, and safe rental housing for all students in second and third-level education.

At Koas all the essentials such as water, green electricity, internet access and the use of the laundry rooms are included in the rent. Tenant activities and common rooms bring people together. Koas aims to become carbon neutral by the year 2030.
